Hello, artist. This picture looks nice and interesting. I like that everypony could see your original style.
Of coarse you are not the first one, who have depicted male version of Luna. I tryed to draw something like this before. But my Lunar Prince wasn't as good as yours) He is more unteresting and looks manlier)
I guess you use Photoshop cs5... Linework is also did with photoshop, isn't it? Everything looks good, but I noticed that the parts of the body, wich aren't in the mist, should be brighter. Especially the part of helmet and his horn. The contrast with the moon is too bluff. You could add shine using photoshop. The effects are very good.
My impressions are good. Nice work! It can be used as wallpaper)
P.S: Sorry, if I have written something wrong. I'm not good in English. +watch and I'll write more critiques.

It looks almost perfect, especially with that mist effect you added. You COULD have brought out the colour in his mane and tail a bit more though, and I have seen similar artwork to this dedicated to Luna and Nightmare Moon. All in all, it is quite a decent piece of work, and if you added a ~little~ bit more contrast between the mist and the mane/ tail combo, you have got yourself an AMAZING piece of artwork. Shame that others have already done stuff like this, because then I wouldn't have had to mark you down on originality points.
