Very nice work, great use of the rain and fog for the surroundings, however, the overall look of it makes me depressed. The rain and darkness give it a very sad outlook. It could use some more lively elements. Overall this is a great piece. The impact gives me the impression that Octavia is worried about her music, though, at the same time she is playing to inspire. The technique is very nice. The vision gives me the idea that even though your life may be going down a spiral of depression, you can make everything better with the right form of music.

In a way, the critique given here makes sense. The "worried" concern for her music could be considered concern that her music isn't appreciated as much as Vinyl's, or what have you. But she is still playing faithfully :P

play on octavia, play on...

On a more critical note I love the lighting around her. The addition of fog around the picture adds a more somber tone to the work while the image of canterlot in the background adds a feeling of isolation to what she's doing further saddening the work. I would have loved her to be in an empty amphitheater as a final touch. 4.5/5
